Not receiving your release form emails?

• Auto-Flagged as spam
  Your emails may have been auto-flagged as spam, as they all appear the same to the email provider. If this occurs, you should be able to search for the emails from "stabpad.com" (be sure to include all folders) and they should pop up. Be sure to select them and mark them not as spam.
• E-mail address is full
  Usually when this occurs, you get notifications that your inbox can not accept new emails - but it's a good idea to log in and double check or even send yourself an email (from a different address) and make sure it's coming through.
• Incorrect email address
  Often, the email address the forms are sent to is different from your regular email address - so log into your account at https://www.stabpad.com and edit the form in question and look for the "Email To" field and double-check the spelling and that you are checking the correct inbox.
• Reported as spam
  If someone has reported the emails as spam, either intentionally or otherwise, sometimes it can flag our email server to stop sending to that address. In this event, I will need to check against the "Email To" address to check and manually remove the report and resend them.
• Whitelisting (it's a great idea)
  You may also wish to whitelist the email address, which will differ depending on your provider, but for gmail you can follow this guide: https://whitelist.guide/gmail/

• How do I put the release on my Tablet?

  When you are viewing your Releases, you will notice a URL column. Simply type this into your tablet browser and hit go! Don't forget to bookmark it and set a desktop icon also.

• How do I create a new release?

  Click on the Releases up the top right, then hit the 'Create Release'. From there you will be given a large list of fields to customize your release form. For your first one, I suggest to choose from the 'Load Template' option. You can easily save and then preview your new release form.

   Android Tablet

  • Open Browser and navigate to your release URL.
  • Tap the Star icon and change 'Add to' to 'Home Screen' to create a quick link.

   Apple iPad

  • Open Safari browser (its already installed) and navigate to your release URL
  • Tap on the icon, then tap "Add to Home Screen" to create a quick link.

   Windows 8

  • Open Chrome browser (you will need to install it first).
  • Make sure that you "Set as default" browser.
  • Close and re-open Chrome. It should now be in full screen mode.
  • Now navigate to your release URL.
  • Tap on the icon, then tap "Bookmarks" and "Pin this page to start screen".

• I don't get it... why is this free?

  I always release my software 100% free and open source (meaning you can download the source code). I believe that software should be like speech, free.
